Acting as a National promotional institution (NPI), Public Investment Development Agency (VIPA) has mobilized funds to fund various infrastructure projects and, in order to select the first pilot projects, we invite short project ideas.

Project ideas can be submitted by all public and private legal entities. Priority will be given to financially viable and ready-to-implement projects in the prioritised areas listed below.

Prioritised areas:
-Renovation and development of public and public interest infrastructure;
-Energy efficiency measures (energy efficiency of buildings, energy efficiency measures for industry);
-Development of renewable energy sources;
-Water management (wastewater collection networks, drinking water supply networks, surface wastewater networks).
